Coconut Kumquat Drink
Inspired by one of my favorite teahouses, this is a quick, easy, and super refreshing drink!

- 1 can coconut juice or water (11.8 fl oz)
- 1 bottle Mogu Mogu coconut drink with nata de coco (10.82 fl oz)
- 6-10 kumquats (based on personal preference)
(Optional) Chill your drinks ahead of time in the fridge. I like to put them in as soon as I purchase so it's ready whenever I want to make.
For each drink, pour equal parts of coconut juice and Mogu Mogu drink. I usually get 2 drinks out of this, but you can stretch to 3 with ice and other add-ins.
Slice your kumquats in half and remove seeds.
Squeeze kumquat halves into the drink before adding the whole fruit itself inside too. I recommend at least 3 kumquats per drink (6 halves), but have added up to 5 per drink before too!
Add ice and any other mix-ins. Stir, adjust to taste, and enjoy!
